Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your candles. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Unused, Unopened Items

We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition you received them. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

What We Can't Accept

Because candles are a consumable product, we cannot accept returns on items that have been burned, melted, or visibly used. Gift cards are also non-refundable.

Shipping Damage

We pack every order with care, but sometimes things happen in transit. If your candles arrive cracked or broken, please reach out right away. We'll make it right.

How to Start a Return

Email us at vanitas.candle@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
